4 Of Our 6 Runners Are First Timers at Dundalk Tonight

There is another busy evening ahead at Dundalk with 6 runners.

Starting in the 6 oclock, we run Yamato (G Carroll).  He has dropped in ratings to where he should be competitive and as a dual course and distance winner, we are hoping he comes back to form.  His recent work has been pleasing us.

We run 2 nice colts in the 6.30.  Isosceles (N McCullagh) is a Japanese bred colt who handles the surface well.  He has got a poor draw but I expect a good run from him.  He will improve for the run.  Sky Seven (R Coakley) is our first runner for owner Nasir Askar.  He is a very big horse with lots of scope.  While he is a little on the weak side, I think he will run a good race.  He is a horse for the future.

Niall McCullagh rides Pearlman in the 7pm race.  He has been to Dundalk to work and handles the surface well, but he has a wide draw.  He is a horse we like and he will improve for the run.  He will step up in trip in time.

We run the interestingly named Stormy Daniels (N McCullagh) in the 7.30.  She is ready to start and she is a filly we like.  She shows a good attitude and 6 furlongs is a good trip to start her at.

Lady De Vesci has been running really well and she has been consistent.  On paper it looks a match between ourselves and Joseph O’Brien’s Shadow Seven.  She is in great form and she should give Mark Gallagher a good ride.
